This place was comfortable in general with an amiable and decent staff team. The location was ideal, just next door to the top tourist spots of Southampton and nearby locations, train station and restaurants and the town centre. There was diner The Retro Diner, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Comfortable and quirky accommodation with excellent setting short walk to restaurants and the town centre, the commercial harbour in fact, and the City Centre.
Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

We stayed in a great-sized room in good condition and enjoyed it. A TV set and a sofa set were a nice touch. - the hotel had a nice location so close to the train station, shops, pubs, restaurants, and the town center.

Have stayed here before, this is a beautifully decorated and quaint hotel, 100% recommend. the room was well decorated and relaxing in good condition, and I greatly enjoyed it. Perfect location close enough to the town centre and the top tourist spots of Southampton and nearby locations, I felt safe.
